Sabrina, the manager, has been working with us for almost 13 years. "I started working at Hotel The Champs on 25 November 2010. I remember that night so well - it was Thanksgiving and we worked really late."


She started as a kitchen assistant, server, and room attendant, and today she is the manager, an all-rounder who can stand in for any of the staff members. When asked what are your duties at Hotel The Champs? She jokingly answers: "Too numerous to mention - lol - administration, guest relations, cooking when Tarnita is off, helping with housekeeping if a staff member is ill or unable to work. Wherever I am needed."

You will most probably be in contact with Sabrina when you make a reservation or she might be the person to pick you up from the airport. Yes, on occasion, she does that too.


What do you enjoy most about working in the hospitality industry? "I love working in the hospitality industry because as introverted as I am, I love meeting new people." 


When Sabrina goes on holiday, she enjoys traveling to the other islands in the Caribbean. Jamaica is the next island she hopes to visit in the near future.
